AUTOREGULATE-NONCARDIAC

Setting: Major noncardiac surgery
Objective: To investigate precision blood pressure (BP) monitoring based on cerebral autoregulation monitoring as a potential strategy for prevention of perioperative cardiovascular, renal and neurologic complications in noncardiac surgery.
Study design: Multicenter, prospective cohort study with nested substudies forming a perioperative precision medicine research platform.
